A study of black-and-white photography which combines practice with analysis of photographs. Students will learn to develop and print black-and-white photographs in response to a series of photographic assignments. Written as well as photographic work will be produced. The College will provide a darkroom and required chemicals. Students will be required to have a manually operated 35mm camera and provide film and paper at a cost of approximately $10-$15 per week.
