This is an interdisciplinary capstone course for graduating business students. It covers the whole spectrum of business including: management, marketing, finance, accounting, production, economics, information systems, and international business. In this course, students apply what they have learned in liberal arts and professional core courses to new strategy formulation, implementation, and evaluation. Students will be required to analyze internal and external environmental factors influencing the determination of company objectives and the development of related strategies and policies. Students will analyze real cases and recommend appropriate solutions. Students will also justify those decisions through oral and written communication. The course will be taught by a team made up both of liberal arts and business faculty. Prerequisites: RCNJ Seniors only, and completion of all liberal arts and professional core courses in business and two approved courses in a business concentration.
