It addressesarchitectural styles, construction technology, and dating techniques;the composition, properties, uses, and conservation of traditionalbuilding materials and systems; conservation standards, treatmentsand practices. Site visits supplement lectures, discussions, readingsand guest lecturers. Students cannot receive credit for both HP 301and HP 503.
