CHEM 3310. A continuation of Lab Methods I, focusing on modern instrumental techniques. Topics will include electrochemical techniques, spectroscopy and chromatography. The course includes extensive laboratory experience with a variety of instrumentation, including experiments in UV-Vis, fluorescence, AA, HPLC, GC, GC-MS and ion chromatography, as well as other selected topics.
