This course is designed for students who plan to be K-8 teachers and wish to deepen their understanding of fundamental mathematical concepts. Aligned with national and state standards, this course supports No Child Left Behind legislation for earning a middle school mathematics teaching certification. Technology will be an integral part of this course. Students will build a working knowledge of properties and concepts within geometry.
