2 Credit This is an introductory riding class geared toward students with little or no experience. Students are required to perform basic horse care, e.g., grooming and tacking up, to become comfortable around the horses. Basic riding skills are covered. Students will learn to control the horse at the walk, the rising trot, and the two-point position. Ground skills must be mastered before being allowed to ride. (W/T)
