Instructional design leadership and implementation, positioning of the school in the district, human resource issues such as motivation and staff development, professional communication practices, and decision-making strategies, qualitative and quantitative, are explored. This course incorporates, where appropriate, the New Jersey Core Curriculum Content Standards and the New Jersey Professional Standards for School Leaders.
