Relieves stress and improves balance, coordination, muscle tone, posture, and flexibility through the practice of T'ai Chi. Often called meditation in motion, this ancient Chinese form of exercise blends graceful flowing movements with breathing and relaxation techniques. Students will learn proper form and technique for a variety of movements, eventually combining them into a complete sequence. Particular emphasis will be placed on the use of T'ai Chi to reduce stress and anxiety. Course Type(s): None
