Experiments illustrating contemporary methods of polymer characterization including osmometry, viscometry, laser light scattering, vapor pressure osmometry, differential thermal analysis, dilatometry, x-ray diffraction, birefrigence, polymer factionation/gel permeation chromatography, extrusion, swelling crosslinking, molding, viscoelasticity, and infrared, ultraviolet, and NMR spectroscopy.
