The professional aspects of an engineering career. Topics include ethics and responsibility, the role of the professional society, the importance of communication, and the realities of the workplace. Certain writing projects are correlated with the linked lab CoE 394. Field studies of working engineers are conducted by student teams. Co-listed as CoE 301.
