In this course students explore the principles and techniques of dramatic construction, focusing longer works in narrative film, television, and video. Students will be required to plan, research, and write final treatments, character biographies, and begin first drafts of narrative projects, using appropriate scriptwriting computer software. Students will be required to create a writing notebook and writing journal, and meet strict project deadlines.
