3 credits Builds on elementary knowledge of graphic design to teach the principles of advanced layout, typography, and computer graphics. Introduces students to industry standard drawing and digital photo editing software. Provides an understanding of the use of logos, infographics and magazine layout, and of the theoretical bases of color for print production. Prerequisite: COM-212 or permission of instructor.
