BIOL 1100 or equivalent or Permission of Instructor required. (Cross-Listed as BIOL 3746.) Through lectures, and indoor labs but mostly through intensive fieldwork sampling, students will learn basic fish collection, preservation, and labeling techniques, and basic field-note taking, and fish identification and ecology, with emphasis on South Jersey freshwater fishes.
