MARS 2202 and CHEM 2110. CHEM 2120 or CHEM 2140 recommended, but not required. This course focuses on the marine chemistry laboratory techniques. Methods for analysis of major seawater ions will be emphasized, including quality control. Students will analyze either ambient seawater samples and/or samples from closed seawater environments such as aquaria. May be repeated for credit. Faculty: G.
