This course offers and guides student research on seals that winter in local New Jersey bays. Students also focus on specific projects in diet, behavior or population biology. In weekly meetings, we will discuss field observations in general and specific projects. Topics include: how to plan research and how to collect, analyze, and report results. Field trips once a week. This course may be offered in sections with a Q2 designation. Faculty: C.
