Presentation of the research process including critical analysis of quantitative and qualitative research methodologies found in occupational therapy literature. Emphasis is on research as a means of critical inquiry for advancement of the profession, validation of clinical practice, and measurement of patient outcomes. Development of a research proposal for independent study to be continued in OCTH 6160, Research Seminar, and finalized in OCTH 6161, Research Synthesis Project. Faculty: V.
