PUBH 2530. Designed for Public Health and Environmental Studies majors planning environmental health careers. This course includes field trips, inspections, monitoring, regulations, and designing environmental health systems. Topics covered are environmental health planning, risk, communicable diseases, water, sewage, solid waste, hazardous waste, housing, occupational health, radiation, air pollution, noise pollution, vermin control, food protection, recreation health standards, environmental health administration, and the law.
