Writers may include Mary Shelley, Harriet Jacobs, Harriet Beecher Stowe, Charlotte Bronte, Louisa May Alcott, Mary E. Wilkins Freeman, Sarah Orne Jewett, and Kate Chopin. Prerequisite: ENG 150
