Emphasis is given to theories of exchange rates and their dynamics.The limitations imposed on monetary and fiscal policy by international capital flows will be covered thoroughly. Examines current topics in reform of the exchange rate system,monetary integration, and multi-national coordination. Prerequisite: ECN 202.
