Students successfully completing the analysis and logical design course will continue to learn to develop the detailed physical design and implementation of a logical design requir-ing implementation in this course. This course covers Conceptual, logical, and physical data models, and modeling tools; structured and object design approaches; relational and ob-ject oriented models for databases; design tools; data dictionaries, repositories, ware-housing, and data mining; database implemen-tation including user interface and reports; multi-tier planning and implementation; data conversion and post implementation review.
