One group from each ofthe ten subculture areas is considered ethnographically. Topics mayinclude Kwakiuti of the Northwest Coast, the Cheyenne of the Plainsand the Iroquois of the Eastern Woodlands. The course introducescontemporary social problems related to the reservation system andurban migration.
