Capstone for Information Systems Management majors The perspective of the course is that of the Chief Information Officer who has been given the task of creating a business information system for a small/medium-sized company. A team-based case study approach is used to integrate hardware, software, systems analysis and design methods, and application development skills, operating systems and network administration and Database Management Systems. Each team will consist of one or more individuals who exhibit strength in one or more of these areas. Students will create analysis documents, databases, user interfaces and Web pages to support the project. A final report summarizing the project will be presented by each team at the end of the class. Prerequisite: ISM410. 4 credits.
