The nature of the organization is examined, emphasizing those dimensions of individual and group behavior most relevant to management. Emphasis is placed on leadership responsibilities, accountability, social responsibility and the interaction of business with stakeholders. Course assignments develop research, presentation and MLA format writing skills. 3 credits.
