Emphasis in this course is placed on the natural history of New Jersey with an opportunity to study the state's sociological and historical development. The course consists of three weekend camping experiences at sites specifically selected to acquaint students with the methods of camping as well as to illustrate varied geologic, oceanographic, and estuarine environments.
