The scholarship and methods of teaching composition with a focus on the collaborative experience of the writing process, one-on-one conferencing, and integration of language skills. Can not be taken as an English 300+ elective. Limited to Education majors or Special Education majors only. Prerequisites: Successful completion of the Writing Proficiency Requirement and at least two British, American, or non-Western literature survey courses (English 205-209), or written permission of the instructor.
