1 credit This course will give students a basic knowledge of the Internet. Students will learn to use electronic mail and the World Wide Web. The use of the Internet in educational research will be stressed. Topics will include the history and current status of the Internet, browsers, search engines, bookmarks, evalua tion of Web pages and home pages. Students will complete a research project appropriate to their major field of study. Pass/fail.
