Subjects covered are sales, commercial paper, debtor and creditor, bankruptcy, and property. Business regulations, including securities, consumer protection, and employment are discussed. References to the Business Law sections of the C.P.A. exam are reviewed and analyzed. Prerequisite: MGT 330.
