1 semester, 3 credits ( Fine Arts Core) This course will introduce major trends inWestern, and especially American art postWorldWar II. A variety of media will be addressed, including not only traditional visual arts, but a full range of new genres, as well. Social and cultural context for works of art and the shifts in style will be emphasized. Same as AMS 304. Prerequisite: ARH 106 or 209.
