More advanced visual communications and typographic problem solving. Concentration in the areas of typographic design, advertising publication design, and promotion, explored through the solution of individual projects that mimic those in a professional design environment and developed through the process of creative design concept, thumbnails and roughs, layouts and comps for client presentation, and production. Techniques in the use of the computer in production for print will be continued from those learned in Graphic Design I. Prerequisite: Art 269. Course Type(s): None
