Included will be a discussion of the concepts of "flow," optimism, virtue,gratitude, meaning, and emotional intelligence. Course will also examine how concepts in positive psychology can inform interventions in areas such as family and parenting, friendships and romance, recreation and leisure, school, work, and service.
