Effective leadership is mandatory for trans-forming a strategic vision into reality. In this course, students will explore the essential ele-ments that enable strong leaders to turn strat-egy into action. Students will practice the techniques of strategic planning, and learn to harness and apply leadership skills to prevent the strategy from being derailed.
