Prerequisites: Junior standing, 57 credits required This course provides the student with insights into the creation, development, management, and transfer of intellectual assets. Real world product based projects willform the central core of the learning process. Students will gain an increased appreciation for the details of technology transfer and commercialization and an awareness of these critical issues from both industry and university perspectives. Examples of typical license, sponsored research, and other agreements will be provided.
