Authors include Yeats, Synge, Joyce, O'Casey, Lady Gregory, O'Faolain, O'Connor, O'Flaherty, Beckett, BowenHeaney, and Friel.Topics include the appeal of the past, literature and politics, the formation of a new Ireland, and the problem of violence.
