Prereq: DANC 111 & 312 & PERMISSION REQUIRED. Creation of musical compositions by using a computer sequencer and sample-based synthesizers. The primary objectives are gaining a working knowledge of a MIDI and investigating the qualities and parameters that are basic to music composition and how they relate to dance composition and performance. May be repeated for a maximum of 3 hours.
