Prereq: MATH 113 OR HIGHER & NOT PSY 221 OR QBA 201 OR MATH 251. Provides undergraduates with principles and basic skills necessary to criticize research literature; develops minimal proficiencies in structuring designs basic to descriptive and experimental studies, including data collection, analysis, and presentation techniques in communication research. May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
