Prereq: CHEM 152 & CH E 306 & 346. Application of thermodyamics, transport phenomena, and reaction engineering to the design and understanding of electrochemical processes. Emphasis will be made in important industrial electrochemical processes such as electrolysis, batteries, and fuel cells. 4 lec. May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
