Prereq: (C- OR BETTER IN BIOS 172) OR (PBIO 111 OR 211) & (MATH 163A OR 263A OR 266A OR CONCURRENT) & NOT BIOS 275. An exploration of empirical and theoretical aspects of how animals interact with their environment. This mechanismoriented class will evaluate ecological processes at the individual, population, community, and ecosystem levels. 4 lec. May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
