Prereq: (BIOS 103 OR 171) & (NO CREDIT IF 301 OR 301A OR 302). Introduction to functional anatomy of the human body. Emphasis is on the musculoskeletal system and its control by the nervous system. Students will learn how the skeleton, major muscle groups, and nervous system work together during human behaviors such as posture, locomotion, control of the hands, respiration. 4 lec. May be retaken two times excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts. 2N
