Studies paintings and calligraphy, installations and performance art, photography, anime, and narrative films from the seventies to early twentyfirst century by artists identified in different ways as Asian. Concerned with major exhibitions, events, and art movements, as well as with theoretical writing relevant to critical understanding of art in the global economy. May be retaken one time excluding withdrawals, but only last course taken counts.
