3 C.H. Previously: THA 107 Code F A study of basic theories and exercises to teach the fundamentals of voice and diction for the theater. Emphasis will be on relaxation and preparation, proper breathing techniques, correct vowel formation, knowledge of different resonators, power of projection, word association, and linking one's voice to character development. Students will be required to attend live theater performances to fulfill writing assignments.
