3 C.H. Code B Prerequisite: ENG* E101 or permission of the instructor. An in-depth examination of the process of bringing, maintaining and defending a lawsuit. Every step of the litigation process from pleadings to appeals will be discussed. Students will be exposed to actual court documents to illustrate the litigation process. Emphasis will be on legal communication and oral presentations will be required.
