4 C.H. Previously: CS 130 Code B, C, CS Prerequisite: MAT* E095 or placement beyond MAT* E095. Prerequisite or Parallel: CSA* E106 or permission of the instructor. A study of the elements of digital logic design, digital circuits, and the fundamentals of a modern digital system. It begins with an explanation of binary number systems, progresses through logical design and into PC systems. Laboratory experiments are used to provide practical experience.
