3 C.H. Previously: CS 241 Code B, C, CS Prerequisite: CST* E184. Students will learn how to plan the infrastructure of a network. Topics covered will include installation, file systems and disk management functions, administration of the operating system and directory services, network protocols, routing and remote access, monitoring and optimization. Substantial work in the computer lab is required. This course will help students prepare for relevant industry tests.
