Lecture = 0 Lab = 6 Credit = 3 This course introduces and practices the skills and techniques of open-air painting. Emphasis is placed on techniques of painting summer foliage, skies, and mountains, and elements of aerial perspective. Upon completion, students should be able to complete an open-air landscape painting employing brush, knife, scumbling, and glazing techniques. Prerequisite: ART 240
