The pace and volume of modern change is drawing increased attention to the ways that human resource development (HRD) activities can be used to ensure that organization members have what it takes to successfully meet the challenges ahead. This course gives an overview of the alignment of HRD: Subjects such as adult learning and motivation, theories of motivation, needs assessment, program design, development and implementation, program evaluation and career development will be discussed.
