It will focus on the development of the American Labor Movement, the strategies and tactics of collective bargaining, preparing for negotiations, the dynamics of negotiating and the administration of the agreement. The process of negotiating, resolution of issues such as wages, benefits, working conditions, job security, seniority, etc., are studied. PREREQUISITE: MG-211.
