Prerequisite: Admission to ADN Program or permission of instructor Corequisite: None This course provides theory and application experience for performing nursing assessment of individuals across the life span. Emphasis is placed on interviewing and physical assessment techniques and documentation of fi ndings appropriate for nursing. Upon completion, students should be able to complete a health history and perform a noninvasive physical assessment. (F.)
