Prerequisite: ENG 111 and completion of curriculum core requirements Corequisite: COE 121 This course provides an opportunity to discuss the application of skills in a developmentally appropriate early childhood environment. Emphasis is placed on developing strategies for reaching competency goals and objectives and on planning and developing curriculum. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate competence in classroom management skills and in developing, implementing, and evaluating curriculum plans. (Sp.)
