Topics include area computations, percentage of profit/loss, bookkeeping and accounting methods, appreciation and depreciation, financial calculations and interest yields, property valuation, insurance, taxes, and commissions. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate proficiency in applied real estate mathematics.
