Prerequisite(s): RED 080 or appropriate placement score Corequisite(s): None This course is designed to explore the diversity of human cultures and to describe their shared characteristics. Emphasis is placed on the characteristics, distribution, and complexity of earth's cultural patterns. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate an understanding of the differences and similarities in human cultural groups. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement general education core requirement in social/behavioral sciences.
